Administrative Court: Appointment as liquidator is unacceptable where it would contravene the Institute of Professional Trustees’ guidelines.
In its judgment of 27 February 2026 (VGH 2026/13), the Liechtenstein Administrative Court held that it is not acceptable for a trustee to be appointed as liquidator if such appointment would compel him to act in breach of the Institute of Professional Trustees’ guidelines.
