In its judgment of 27 February 2026 (VGH 2025/109), the Liechtenstein Administrative Court held that no one may, by court or administrative decision, be placed in a position prohibited by the legal order. This principle applies equally to the administrative appointment of a liquidator where such appointment would entail a breach of the Ukraine Ordinance.
