Marxer Attorneys advises Grant Thornton Advisors on the expansion of its multinational platform into Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

Marxer Attorneys had the privilege of advising Grant Thornton Advisors on its initiative to further develop and consolidate its multinational platform through a transaction with Grant Thornton Liechtenstein and Grant Thornton Switzerland. This transaction represents a further significant step in Grant Thornton Advisors’ continued global expansion strategy.

The transaction, backed by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital, reinforces and strengthens Grant Thornton Advisors’ international presence and contributes to the expansion of a multinational platform now comprising more than 18,000 professionals across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The Marxer Attorneys team was headed by Florian Zerz (Attorney-at-Law, [Corporate / M&A and Private Clients]) and further included Thomas Feurstein (Attorney-at-Law, [Corporate / M&A and Private Clients]) and Fabio Chesani (Associate, [Corporate / M&A and Private Clients]).
