Management Committee

In keeping with our motto “In the Flow of Time”, we are pleased to announce that, as of January 1, 2026, the composition and chairmanship of the Managing Committee at Marxer Attorneys has changed.

In addition to the existing members, Dr. iur. Stefan Wenaweser and Dr. iur. Daniel Damjanovic, the Managing Committee of our law firm will now also include Partners Dr. iur. Markus Summer and Dr. iur. Hasan Inetas.

At the same time, Dr. iur. Stefan Wenaweser has assumed the chairmanship of the Managing Committee from Dr. iur. Johannes Michael Burger, who held this position since 2017 and, with great dedication, foresight, and professional expertise, made a significant contribution to the continued development of the firm.

The Partnership extends its sincere thanks to Dr. iur. Johannes Michael Burger and Dr. iur. Michael Oberhuber for their valuable commitment to this important body and looks forward to continuing to rely on long-standing and experienced Partners in the management of the firm.
