Compliance Officer
As a Compliance Officer, you will share responsibility for the comprehensive day-to-day compliance operations and serve as the primary point of contact for due diligence matters. Your role includes conducting due diligence investigations and assisting in the ongoing monitoring of business relationships, with a focus on ensuring compliance with international tax treaties such as AEOI, FATCA, and AStA (Withholding Tax Agreement between Austria and Liechtenstein). Additionally, you will be jointly responsible for overseeing new and existing client relationships and managing transaction controls. Your responsibilities will also extend to contributing to the preparation of regular compliance reports.
Your personal assets
Ideally, you bring professional experience in compliance, particularly within the financial or fiduciary sector. Familiarity with Liechtenstein due diligence law is essential, and additional training in compliance would be advantageous. Proficiency in English is required.
